ProdPro Inc Privacy Statement

Last Update: July 30, 2025

Welcome to our website! Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Statement provides information about ProdPro Inc's ("we" or "us") policies with respect to the collection, use, sale and disclosure of business information that we collect about TV & Film production professionals and when engaging with prospective and existing corporate customers (“Customers”) and their representatives or professionals who create an account with us (“Authorized Users”). By using the Services, or engaging us to provide our services, you agree to the data collection, use, disclosure, sale and storage practices described in this Privacy Statement.

ProdPro is the only TV & Film production intelligence platform that focuses on connecting the physical production ecosystem of the crew, vendors, and studios. Our expert in-house research is brought to life through the ProdPro platform, a dynamic suite of tools designed to help you never miss an opportunity—from ProdPro Pipeline, Analytics and Studio which are offered to companies who share and purchase information from us, to ProdPro Network through which professionals can claim their profile and update their information. ProdPro’s database includes information that it collects through its research activities, from publicly available information, or information made available from widely distributed media about TV & Film production professionals, as well as information that it collects from its Customers and Authorized Users.

ProdPro’s Customers are companies and professionals. ProdPro is not currently subject to the US state consumer privacy laws that exempt business information including the Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act, Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act and/or the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act because our activities are aimed at companies and business users within a commercial context, and not consumers and households. ProdPro also does not meet the requirements of a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

If you seek to exercise your rights or opt-out of the use, sale or sharing of information by one of the corporate customers that we share your information with, please contact them directly. We do not control our corporate clients’ use of your personal information. You do not need to create an account to exercise your rights with ProdPro. ProdPro only sells or shares information with its Customers or Authorized Users.

If you are located in California and would like to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, even if you don’t have an account with us, please click here to do so.

You may also opt-out of the sale or sharing of your information by sending an email with the subject line “Opt-out” to privacy@prodpro.com.

If you are a visitor from the UK, EEA or Switzerland, please click here to review your additional privacy rights.

By using the Services, you agree to the data collection, use, disclosure and storage practices described in this Privacy Statement.
